Remembering the Adventure of Life

We were not born to live a mundane existence.
The essence of who we are – pure, clear and strong is life itself.
There is a pressure that comes from the world around us, sometimes even a demand that demands our surrender into a humdrum day-to-day way of being.

When we say yes to that demand, something inside at the heart of our being knows we are stepping out of the rich passionate flow of our life into an ordinariness that may be convenient but costly to our hearts.

Relief From Lying

Lies make us ill, whether we’re lying to one another or ourselves.

Lying separates us from our own truth and is just plain hard on our bodies.  It takes energy to lie, energy that could be available for life affirming actions.

When we lie, we create blockages in our physical body, resistance in our emotional field and separation from our spirit selves. The suffering we have carried because of lying has been great.

What is lying?

Changing an Ancient Habit- Vengeance

Changing an ancient habit – Vengeance

What if….. you could create a nuclear event of vast goodness?

What if….. you discovered you had more power as an agent of change than you’ve ever imagined?

What if….. you could give away a weight that’s been hanging around your neck for a long time, so long that you just got used to it?

If you could do any of these would you be willing to give up a habit that would change you and the world around you?

The Lighted Way 2014

We’ve entered a time when there is no turning back from the call of our soul. We are all alight with loving evolutionary change whether we want it or not. How do we find our way in this new reality that is available to us?

The blessing that follows came out of a recent session with a client. We were collectively struck by the gift of love, new ideas of navigating our future and the invitation to be met by our divine allies.

We asked for permission to share this with you as a blessing and a call to action for 2014.  If you can read this out loud.

A Cure for “I Don’t Know”

Not knowing how to do something or what’s around the next corner can feel terrifying even life threatening. ‘Not knowing‘ can be spooky and if we use old models of understanding a shock to our ego.

Venturing into the unknown can feel like climbing Mt. Everest.

Or being stopped as something as surreal as this pretend bullfighter.

When we hit the wall of our understanding, it’s an indicator that we’ve outgrown our old definitions for how we think our world should be.

A Cure For When You’re Screaming Inside

A cure for when you're screaming inside

There is a lot of screaming going on these days.

When you’re screaming inside, Sometimes there’s a truth inside us just waiting to be noticed.

Sometimes that truth, the truth we must know gets louder and louder and can becomes a howl, a scream that won’t go away. Screaming has gotten a bad rap.

Is there any screaming going on in you?

Sometimes all we can hear is the scream and miss the message.

How do we cure when we’re screaming inside?
