Joy Through Integrity

Joy through Integrity

Joy Through Integrity

Have you explored what your personal living definition of integrity is?

Does the integrity you learned serve you, your family and your community?

This word is a living word. For it to work we need to keep it alive by understanding it not just taking it for granted.

To fully live in joy free from the confines that hold us back we need to align with our soulful integrity.

Choosing to live in integrity, in the essence of our greater truth, we can have self-trust because we are connected to something bigger than our conditioning. From that place of self-trust and knowing we can expand our creative capacity to live a joyful life.

In a communication with our allies/friends in love, we explored the word Integrity. Here is what they shared:

The word integrity is used often among humans to describe a fidelity of being that is generally honored. That word points to the living remembrance of that joy-filled essence that you are. Generally, people consider the word integrity to be the same as this essence. The word is simply an echo of that essence. Few engage in an inquiry of sufficient depth to actually understand what generates the word integrity.

If a person says I am integrous with the essence I am, I AM, they will begin to open a direct flow from their essence into the great truth that they are in contrast to the diminished self they think themselves to be.

The word integrity regardless of the individual lives as a crystalline form within the brain and heart of each individual. This connection to the brain and heart results in different behavioral patterns that can be perceived of as either within or outside of integrity.

Very few people understand that if they are integrous to the soul that they are they will have self-trust.

The degree to which a person can risk overcoming the environmental constraints generated within families and community that will cause the Life of integrity to expand or contract.

There is a risk inherent within the choice to grow a different version of integrity than most begin with. Changing the nature of integrity correspondingly changes a comprehension of what Will is. This is because an individual can then begin to consider their choices and the domino effect and corresponding gravity their choices make.

 Will and Choice

A willful choice produces a gravitational field that forms into structure. These structures exist within a body and are of course physicalized in the world. We desire for you all to be liberated from the extra heavy gravity that self-generated free will produces. When a person becomes integrous with their essence there is a greater capacity for love in all its forms to inform choices and change actions.

We honor and appreciate that each soul who incarnates on earth becomes a catalytic agent for the healing of free will into sacred will and they can become an expression of the integrous flow of soulful knowing that at their essence they truly are.

We’d love to hear from you. Please share your comments below.

Strengthen Your Happiness Muscle

Do you like experiencing happiness?

We do and we look for ways to strengthen our experience of happiness everyday.

Elevating your emotion is vital to creating the future you desire. An elevated emotion like gratitude or happiness becomes a magnetic field that attracts the experiences you really want to have not the one’s you are used to.

We have begun a strength training workout program for each of us. We’re working with a fantastic trainer Ramiro at the 40 year old Wolf Gym in San Miguel. Not only is he helping us create long lasting strength, he is encouraging the chemistry of happiness while we grow our physical capacity.

One of the songs that plays in the gym is Pharrell Williams song Happy.

Pharrell Williams – Happy (Official Music Video) – YouTube

Every time we hear this song it makes us smile, even as we are doing the last series of crunches that we didn’t know we could do but Ramiro knew. 🙂

Choosing happiness even in the midst of day to today challenges is a reflex muscle we can all learn to strengthen just like we do our physical bodies.

So Choose something that makes you feel happy. Like listening to Pharrell Williams song Happy or taking a break and soaking up sunshine

Sharing with one another will help us grow our own happiness quotient! We’d love to hear about how you’re exercising your happiness muscle.

Remembering the Adventure of Life

We were not born to live a mundane existence.
The essence of who we are – pure, clear and strong is life itself.
There is a pressure that comes from the world around us, sometimes even a demand that demands our surrender into a humdrum day-to-day way of being.

When we say yes to that demand, something inside at the heart of our being knows we are stepping out of the rich passionate flow of our life into an ordinariness that may be convenient but costly to our hearts.

A Blessing For Those Who Work

Media as Medicine

When we learn to honor the ebb and flow, the natural rhythm of our lives, the “work” that we do can be easier and maybe even more effective by learning when to stop and rest in the richness of our lives outside of what we do to make money.

If you’re reading this going into your day of work, you can even stop work and notice that you are a free being always bigger than the limits of any task.

A Blessing for Those Who Work

Beloveds,

There are ways that enslavement happens.

Work, no matter how much joy may be present, needs to end.

Once there was a man, who loved what he did so much he never put his tools down.

At first his friends thought him noble because indeed he was a master.

Soon his children stopped asking him to play because his hands were full of tools.

His wife became more lonely day by day, because the tools were in the way.

The New Assisted Living

The New Assisted Living

Sometimes I resist taking my own medicine.

Recently I went on a trip to the United States to obtain my permanent visa for Mexico. Even after six months of asking questions and doing research, it was never quite clear what the requirements for the visa were. So I started out with a vague sense of what I needed, a copy of practically every bank statement for the last six months and a lot of prayers.

My friend Nancy, Nancy G. Shapiro, went with me sharing the drive and so much more.  We stayed with friends of Nancy‘s in San Antonio who graciously opened their home and shared much love and humor.

Our friend Tim referred to us staying there as “the new assisted living”. We loved the re-frame.

Making Friends With Death

Making friends with death

What if making friends with death gave us even more vitality, joy, love and freedom?

We have seen people fight and struggle with the powerful truth that we are not designed to live permanently in these bodies. When we become ill, whether it is gravely or just a cold, what shows up is the powerful habit of looking away from and fighting the presence of our  evolutionary ally death.  When we let go of the fight and become friends, we create less friction and more ease in our lives. Of course, having a will to live and thrive is a symptom of our love of life itself.
