Big News from Wisdom Rx

It’s been a couple months and many changes since we last connected. Much has transpired in our lives and we have some wonderful news to share-

First – Susan’s book Not So Little Cora is now officially published!!!!

It’s available in paperback and e-book on Amazon and Barnes and Noble in the United States, Canada and Mexico as well as on Amazon in other countries around the world.

If you’d like to buy a copy or leave a review- here are the links:

US- Paperback and E-book

CAN- Paperback

MX- E-book

For me, Susan, it took a great deal of courage, hard work, along with support from many others to turn Not So Little Cora into a reality. I’ve never shied away from hard work, but I’d often allowed the naysayer voice in my head to be louder than the voice in my heart. I’m heartened by the outreach Not So Little Cora is beginning to have.

Here are some pictures from the book launch in Mexico on Valentine’s day.

More than 50 friends gathered in our home to celebrate.

And a picture from Susan’s first school visit in Nova Scotia.

And Other News…

We moved to Nova Scotia, Canada in March.
Our time living in Mexico has come to a close and the next chapter of our lives called us here. Mexico has a forever place in our hearts, and we’ll return there as visitors from a new home base. We took the month of March to rest and reinvigorate. Moving is no small task as you know. 😊

Our doors are open and sessions times available. Thanks for your support as we cared for ourselves.

Our Pilgrimage Has Already Begun

Our Pilgrimage Has Already Begun

Some would say heading off on a pilgrimage and shutting down for a period of time is a little bit crazy. However, we’ll be doing just that. We are leaving behind our connection to clients, home, all the momentum and trappings of our lives in order to stay honest to the soulful truth that we each are.

The bells of San Miguel are joyously clanging in the background filling the air with their reminder of the comfort and beauty of where we live. And yet, their bell song reminds us to stop, drop and pray so that a greater presence of love and grace can prevail in each of our lives.

Our pilgrimage has already begun.

We and our dear friend Dwight Konrad who will be journeying with us, are each stepping toward the rich pathway of what’s next in each of our lives.

The perfect truth is, we do not know who we will be, or what will follow after having walked the sacred pathways of England and Scotland. All we know is that it’s time to cast away the old molds, no matter how beautifully created, that hold us in ancient limitation.

Each of you, and happily most of you, are aware that every one of us is on a pilgrimage of our own creation. So, perhaps you’ll dance with us in these rich questions.

No matter how beautiful, no matter how comfortable, no matter how much investment, is the creation of my life truly serving the song of my heart?

Or as we heard someone say recently, “If I really followed my heart then my life would change, so would my family, my marriage, maybe even my career.  I’m too scared to change even though I really want to, so I’ll just stay the same.”

If the song in your heart is on loud and the comfort you’ve felt is no longer satisfying, what might you lay down so that you can step into the calling of your life?

To be continued…..

Love, David, Susan and Dwight

The Courage to Know

Knowing what’s true for you, what’s right for you takes courage. We are surrounded by demands that want us to surrender our sacred self and our integrity to the requirements of others. These demands can be from our society, our community, family and friends.

We have become so accustomed to being pushed on, called on or demanded on that we can forget who we are.

You can reclaim the heart and soul of your integrity by feeling the pull that’s around you that separates us from the holiness of our self-empowerment.

When you feel pushed into a choice, one you’re not really clear on STOP. Ask yourself this question:

“Is this really for my highest good and the highest good of what I really love?”

Now is the time for each of us to stand up in sovereignty and clarity from a place of love and power and choose to honor our own knowing. Yes it takes courage but we’re worth it.

Love,

Susan and David
