Creating Immunity – From Our Angelic Allies

A New  Message From Our Angelic Allies!!

CREATING IMMUNITY

From our sacred perspective, we are broadcasting to each of you a very targeted and strong
blessing of ease and of greater perspective.

It is understandable that you might feel some uncertainty or fear at this time.
We understand the fear of catching a disease that could be life ending
or for sure be life changing.

However, when you feel into the fear about the disease,
you will notice something else living inside that fear.
It is helplessness.

Being helpless for most people is a terrifying thought.
So, first of all, understand you are not helpless even in the midst of the virus’s presence.
You have the inborn talent, the birthright to create harmonious immunity from the fears that you are experiencing.

The greatest chemical agent of immunity is the combination of loving acceptance combined with the desire to live fully as a surrendered being in the embrace of the great love that is actually living you.

We know that your consciousness might struggle with that last statement.
The good news is, you do not have to understand how you are loved and accepted by life.
All you need to do is to be willing to receive the gift of that embrace of love.

Learning will happen.
Rest assured you will know what you need to know when you need to.

Immunity has many meanings.
Someone can have a disease, but because of their evolutionary commitment to life,
the disease might not kill them but transform them.

We know this can sound just like words,
but we want to lovingly assure you that through acceptance,
through making peace with your fear,
you can expand and strengthen your immunity to all forms of toxic energy.

For choose loving, try this statement out.
“I choose love, no shame, no guilt for all.”

These words are a powerful equation that if you say them, commit to them,
they will strengthen your resilience and immunity
and give you a sense of hope and comfort that will bring you great peace.

Try that phrase spoken in curiosity and love.
You have everything to gain and nothing to lose.
Embrace life, let go of fear and choose love.

Love,
David and Susan

CAN- Paperback

MX- E-book

For me, Susan, it took a great deal of courage, hard work, along with support from many others to turn Not So Little Cora into a reality. I’ve never shied away from hard work, but I’d often allowed the naysayer voice in my head to be louder than the voice in my heart. I’m heartened by the outreach Not So Little Cora is beginning to have.

Here are some pictures from the book launch in Mexico on Valentine’s day.

More than 50 friends gathered in our home to celebrate.

And a picture from Susan’s first school visit in Nova Scotia.

We moved to Nova Scotia, Canada in March.
Our time living in Mexico has come to a close and the next chapter of our lives called us here. Mexico has a forever place in our hearts, and we’ll return there as visitors from a new home base. We took the month of March to rest and reinvigorate. Moving is no small task as you know. ?

Our doors are open and sessions times available. Thanks for your support as we cared for ourselves.

Help Bring Not So Little Cora to the World

Help Bring Not So Little Cora to the World

There is something in each of us that is bursting at the seams.

It can’t wait to come out and play in the world.

As some of you know, I was inspired, some would say ‘called’, to write Not So Little Cora, a children’s book for adults too. The journey of writing this is something that I think we all can relate to. I had to face into and make peace with all the dark jackals that wanted to talk me out of manifesting what my heart was calling me to create.

This is a time in the world when each of us is being called to live joyously and wildly. We are all are being inspired to arise. In creating this book, I wanted to give children and adults the remembrance of what it’s like to live unfettered through love connected to the ALL of Life.

As Cora’s friend Marco says,

“Love is bigger than Big and knows just what to do.”

What if that playful, curious, wonder-filled child in each of us had a place at the table of our lives?  I want more of that inside me.

A friend who read Not So Little Cora wrote,

“I’m sure kids will love it, but I’ll be very excited to give more than a few copies to adults too!! Not So Little Cora taught me so much. I’ll be reading it more than once. Cora awoke the kid inside me that I had to protect for so long. But now, I’m inspired to bring that inner kid out again and see life from a higher and more loving perspective!” C.P. San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

I’m writing to you because you are each part of my spiritual family, my family of love.

Today I’ve launched an IndieGogo fundraiser to help with publishing, illustrations, website, Spanish translation and marketing.

Will you help bring Not So Little Cora into the world? I’d love your help in championing the cause of creativity, innocence and love that Cora embodies.

Is This Happening To You?

Walking on Water

Is This Happening to You?

We don’t know about you, but any aspect of our lives that is not “on course” with the truth of our being, our true north is up for realignment.

Phew, we’ve felt a little overwhelmed at times.  Have you?

The depth of dying and resurrecting that is happening in and around us is a wonder to behold and sometimes frightening to be in the midst of.

So many “sacred cows” that we’ve created, or the world has created around us are falling by the wayside. When you listen to your heart of hearts, what do you need shift?

The clearer we get the longer our list gets as to the things we need to take care of to align ourselves. At the same time, we can no longer run ourselves the way we used to. No pushing or going past our energy reserves.

So, here’s what we’re learning:

    • Balance work and to do lists with the battery of joy, fun and rest
    • When something is over don’t put any more energy into it.
    • Trust that endings bring the next new life into form.
    • Begin your day in quiet meditation. Just your intention to be still allows your consciousness to really focus and possibility to flow.
    • When you feel fatigue, rest. Even a 15 minute or less “power nap” can reinvigorate you for the rest of the day.

Let yourself be open to promptings from the life around you. Grace and creativity are relentlessly present. The creativity that Life is, is always looking for ways to get our attention and work for us so that we can adjust the direction of our lives to produce greater joy and wonder. The signal of our true north continues to refine and becomes brighter and present.

What would you add to this list? We love learning with you.

Please, share your comments below.

Healing My Inner Jackal

Healing My Inner Jackal

I’ve always had a passion for children’s literature that told about faraway places and magical worlds. These treasures were my lifeboat when I was young. Immersed in a book, I felt I was soaring through lands where anything was possible.  So, I decided to write my own.

And my inner jackal began nipping at my heels.  Saying, “you’ve never written a children’s book before, what makes you think you can?” Or the one that remembers all the times a teacher returned my assignments with what was “wrong” without encouragement.

Do you know what it’s like to hear the jackal inside you?  The one’s who says you’re not good enough, don’t know enough, aren’t capable?

We each have an inner jackal nipping at our heels trying to keep us from evolving into the amazing beings we truly are.

Whenever my jackal arose, I looked it in the eye and said, “it’s okay, I love this story more than I fear your judgment beloved jackal.”  So, I wrote and wrote and asked for feedback and wrote some more.  Through love and action, I’m healing my inner jackal.

My book, Not So Little Cora is now in the hands of a superb writer, editor and dear friend Will Wilkinson, who is lovingly honing my story to make it sing.

Will has a new book called, Now or Never: A Time Traveler’s Guide to Personal and Global Transformation. I hope you’ll read it, for we share the same intention- to help create a thriving future for our children.
I’ve spent my lifetime preparing for now.  Each of us has.  We are all at a precipice where we can either rest in the status quo of our lives or courageously risk living our true heart’s desire.
As a dear friend of David’s said to him, “what have you got to lose?”

He answered, “nothing.” And the actions he took completely changed his life.

I’ll let you know when Not So Little Cora is available. She’s a wise little being who loves life and hasn’t lost connection with her inborn spirit.

We’d love to hear your response.

The Well- An Intuitive Story

the Well- When the AUthority Lost thier Grip

THE WELL

When The Authority Lost Its Grip

Some time ago, people were told they were dying of thirst. They were told this by the authorities. The authorities had always been trusted, after all they were the source of all truth. They had been given the power to tell the truth to be trusted as the truth tellers because the people recognized in the leaders in the beginning Wisdom that cared for all.

That was a long time ago. The leaders became convinced that their wisdom was vast and that they always knew best what the people needed to know and to do but most importantly to think.

When some people heard the announcement that there was no water, that there was a scarcity of the resources needed to live they were surprised because they didn’t feel they were missing anything.

They didn’t know what to do because after all the authority told them what to do and had always seemed that they were telling the truth before.

There was a woman named Glenda. She lived a little distance from the center of town. She was kind, trusted and many knew her as a wise woman. After the announcement of the shortages, she looked around and she saw that her garden was thriving and her well was the fullest it had ever been and that her goats were yielding the greatest amount of milk they ever had. Glenda became curious.

Curiosity had never been dangerous before. Because there was such a vast difference between what the authorities said and her reality for the first time she felt her curiosity may take her somewhere that could change everything.

Everyone knew that the authority wasn’t perfect. But they were accustomed to having their lives managed and their reality guided, shaped even by the people whom they trusted. It wasn’t even that the trust was earned. They were just used to trusting the authority.

Glenda met one of her neighbors and asked “How’s your water? How are your crops and how are your chickens?”

Plentiful GardenThe neighbor leaned in a little closer and said, “Just fine, how are yours?”

Glenda replied, “just fine”.

A look passed between them. A look of knowing that could not be denied. There was a greater truth than the one they were being told. Without saying a word to each other they decided each in their own way to investigate. Was there really this vast lack the authority said there was?

Why was this so important? When the lack was described everyone was told they would have to shrink their lives and not go about their ordinary day. They would have to shrink themselves and live tightened. This was because in the midst of the scarcity sacrifices and limitation would become the letter of the law.

The authority had a knack for getting people to think in certain ways and then to act as if by command to do the bidding of what seemed to be for the highest good of all concerned. After all this was a democracy.

Glenda casually, with gentle curiosity, asked more of her friends “How’s your water?” And everyone said, “I have enough!”

As the afternoon became the evening tremors of uncertainty spread out across the town. Perhaps the authority had just made a mistake.

The next day with even greater force of message, the authorities said there is not enough. We will tell you how to act and what to do and most importantly how to think. This is not a time for freedom. This is a time for you to do what we say. Your lives may depend on following instructions.

Days went by, more and more people became afraid. They started to live in the smallness they were told was required to survive. But Glenda and some of her friends felt they were seeing a greater and greater lie. What were they to do?

The very essence of what had been freedom, the essence of the song in their hearts was being erased by a story they knew wasn’t true.

Glenda decided to risk going to one of the leaders of the town. She said with great respect and politeness, “Could there be an error?”

The leader became angry that she could possibly question the truth that the authority was presenting. Suddenly she felt afraid.

The community had a large well. Glenda knew she must show people there was no shortage even though she knew it would challenge the power of the authority.

The Well when the authority lost its grip

Early one morning she started going to every person she knew and she knew a lot of people. She told them something is wrong. Our freedom is being taken away for reasons that are not true.

People of course were curious, outraged and just wondered what could be happening. She led a large group up to the well, the well of life for the community. When they got there, it was surrounded by guards. This had never happened before. This was their well.

The guards were part of the community, people like them. Glenda asked the head guard, “Have you looked?” He said no of course not. I am fulfilling my duty and protecting this valuable resource.

She looked at him and loved him. There was no threat. She placed a hand on his shoulder and said, “Let us look together. Everyone walked up to the mouth of the well. The covering was rolled back and the sweet smell of fresh water greeted them all. On further examination, it was discovered the well was as abundant as it had ever been.

Can you imagine how everyone felt? There was more than enough water and everything was secure. There was no lack.

Can you imagine how you would feel if you had been told that the most precious parts of your life, the waters of life itself, were suddenly in short supply and that unless you followed the rules you would surely die? Not just rules about saving water, rules about what might seem possible or not. Rules that would take your natural creative life force and cut away so much of it that it would just be a memory from your childhood.

What were they to do? They were questioning now with faithful truth the basis of how the authority had ruled them. When the authorities heard of the truth getting out they became angry and they said that none of it was true. They showed charts and graphs and maps that substantiated everything they said.

Little by little, Glenda brought everyone she knew to the well which was now becoming the well of truth, the well of free-flowing abundance that ran everywhere they lived.

No one desired to hurt anyone. The authority used its voice and power though to frighten people. But because of the slow consistent truth telling that Glenda and her friends spoke, there was momentum, a change. People began to remember that they were whole and had everything they needed. They began to remind themselves they were content and were not under threat.

Now as this movement grew, the authority and all those within it became frightened that their lie would be seen. The Authority knew they had been lying. They had been doing it for so long that they had forgotten for themselves what the taste of truth was like. They had fallen in love with the image of power being the authority seemed to have.

Months went by and little by little people turned away from how they had been governed and turned toward each other. They remembered the clear look of loving knowing that a friend’s eyes would have when they spoke the truth. Many began to remember how good a pregnant question really was and that without delicious uncertainty life became a flatland of tired predictable reruns.

Was there a revolution? Yes, in the kindest of ways.

By turning towards the truth of what the people knew in their hearts and away from the authority’s nagging voice of control and domestication, they experienced a renaissance of laughter and kindness, wild abundance.

The authority was abandoned for the great well of truth some called it even the holy water of truth that their well of life gave them.

Reflection in water

One by one people would sit by the well and see their reflections in the waters of life and they would know with clear and present certainty that the sacred waters of the well were alive in them that very instant. They were the walking testimony of the waters of life itself.

And what became of the authority? Little by little those people returned to the well of truth and step by step forgiveness prevailed as understanding grew.

They all learned that when the vast and glorious mystery of life itself is explained away, life takes a back seat to powers that seek to control and limit the very sacred fluids which are the holy water of life.

In Love, gratitude and blessings,

David and Susan
