Creating Immunity – From Our Angelic Allies

A New  Message From Our Angelic Allies!!

CREATING IMMUNITY

From our sacred perspective, we are broadcasting to each of you a very targeted and strong
blessing of ease and of greater perspective.

It is understandable that you might feel some uncertainty or fear at this time.
We understand the fear of catching a disease that could be life ending
or for sure be life changing.

However, when you feel into the fear about the disease,
you will notice something else living inside that fear.
It is helplessness.

Being helpless for most people is a terrifying thought.
So, first of all, understand you are not helpless even in the midst of the virus’s presence.
You have the inborn talent, the birthright to create harmonious immunity from the fears that you are experiencing.

The greatest chemical agent of immunity is the combination of loving acceptance combined with the desire to live fully as a surrendered being in the embrace of the great love that is actually living you.

We know that your consciousness might struggle with that last statement.
The good news is, you do not have to understand how you are loved and accepted by life.
All you need to do is to be willing to receive the gift of that embrace of love.

Learning will happen.
Rest assured you will know what you need to know when you need to.

Immunity has many meanings.
Someone can have a disease, but because of their evolutionary commitment to life,
the disease might not kill them but transform them.

We know this can sound just like words,
but we want to lovingly assure you that through acceptance,
through making peace with your fear,
you can expand and strengthen your immunity to all forms of toxic energy.

For choose loving, try this statement out.
“I choose love, no shame, no guilt for all.”

These words are a powerful equation that if you say them, commit to them,
they will strengthen your resilience and immunity
and give you a sense of hope and comfort that will bring you great peace.

Try that phrase spoken in curiosity and love.
You have everything to gain and nothing to lose.
Embrace life, let go of fear and choose love.

Love,
David and Susan

Help Bring Not So Little Cora to the World

Help Bring Not So Little Cora to the World

There is something in each of us that is bursting at the seams.

It can’t wait to come out and play in the world.

As some of you know, I was inspired, some would say ‘called’, to write Not So Little Cora, a children’s book for adults too. The journey of writing this is something that I think we all can relate to. I had to face into and make peace with all the dark jackals that wanted to talk me out of manifesting what my heart was calling me to create.

This is a time in the world when each of us is being called to live joyously and wildly. We are all are being inspired to arise. In creating this book, I wanted to give children and adults the remembrance of what it’s like to live unfettered through love connected to the ALL of Life.

As Cora’s friend Marco says,

“Love is bigger than Big and knows just what to do.”

What if that playful, curious, wonder-filled child in each of us had a place at the table of our lives?  I want more of that inside me.

A friend who read Not So Little Cora wrote,

“I’m sure kids will love it, but I’ll be very excited to give more than a few copies to adults too!! Not So Little Cora taught me so much. I’ll be reading it more than once. Cora awoke the kid inside me that I had to protect for so long. But now, I’m inspired to bring that inner kid out again and see life from a higher and more loving perspective!” C.P. San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

I’m writing to you because you are each part of my spiritual family, my family of love.

Today I’ve launched an IndieGogo fundraiser to help with publishing, illustrations, website, Spanish translation and marketing.

Will you help bring Not So Little Cora into the world? I’d love your help in championing the cause of creativity, innocence and love that Cora embodies.

What Kind of Story are You Running?

When I, Susan, was in 7th grade, I was sitting in social studies class not really paying attention when a thought went through me like a lightning bolt. Suddenly, I realized that not everyone thought like I did. This may seem obvious to many but at that moment I was really glad I was sitting down for my world seemed quite different.

Flash forward to two weeks ago and almost half a century later. I was walking with our construction manager Manny between our house and another he was now working on in the neighborhood. Manny was fixing a leak in our fountain and on his way back to building walls at the other.

I asked him if he enjoyed having a break from the labor-intensive work at our neighbor’s while working on our fountain.

He looked at me blankly as if I was speaking a foreign language. (Actually, I was speaking Spanish at the time). He said, “Work is work.” I realized then and there that I was running a story based on my perspective that labor requiring greater physical exertion was harder for me and that it must be for him too.

Stories are movies we run in our minds that can wake us up or keep us asleep.

I’m still learning to notice when I make assumptions or judgments because of the story I’m running that keeps me asleep. It may be a lifelong series of lessons.  And Manny in his wisdom gave me the opportunity to notice the story I was running.

Have you recognized a story you were running lately?

We’d love to hear from you. Please share your thoughts or stories below.

Closing the Gap

Closing the Gap

Something inside us instinctively knows we are part of something bigger. Some call it Source, The Divine, God, Life itself…. The words don’t matter. What does matter is that it is time for us all to close the gap that keeps us separate from Source.

This gap was created long ago, it’s in the DNA of humans, it’s impersonal but we have the power to change it.

We’ve learned that the most gentle and enlivening way to promote this homecoming is through curiosity, wonder and joy, and the wiliness to surrender what we “think” is true to what we “know” is true. You know, the truth that your heart sings not always what your personality wants.

This is the difference between leading with our own will versus allowing the will of the Life that is greater than we are to inform us first.

It’s why we emphasize noticing habits, conditionings, and belief structures that get in the way of our capacity to really know what is true and loving for ourselves.

In reviewing our history of joy, the greatest experiences have come to us not because we willed them but from a state of allowing, being surprised, serendipity and dancing in the moment.

How amazing is that? That we are so loved that we can pretend separation knowing that eventually we will admit we are held in love beyond our ability to reason it out.

It is time for closing the gap.

Take a breath before acting.
Allow the Spirit in the air to inform the next moment.
Feel the bubble of the joy of life percolating in your blood. It’s really there.
Let yourself be surprised beyond anything you can imagine.

We don’t have to wait until we die to close the gap even though it’s how we’ve been trained to believe.

And we’d love to hear your moments of surprise and delight where the miraculous shows up and there is no Gap. Like when the parking space magically appears or you think about someone and they call.

Don’t Take Beauty for Granted

In the morning, looking out our window this is what we see. It’s a wide angle view that may seem ordinary but these grasses call us up into the beauty of the day. We choose to look for the beauty.

On Google there are 2,770,000,000 references to Beauty. It’s a word that comes from an experience inside us that is really beyond words. It’s a simple word with such enormous power and we need to learn not to take Beauty for granted.

Why? Does seeing and feeling something beautiful really do much for us other than in the moment?   Well, Yes.

Here’s the wide angle view first thing in the morning but there is
beauty treasure that really is our focus.

As we learn from all the people we have been close to as they heal and transform, without the presence of curiosity, wonder and the willingness to experience beauty, healing doesn’t get a chance to go “all the way” with us.

This is a time in the world when the ugly, the profane, and horrific are on loud. There is a vast sickness loose and we realize that the antidote, indeed the transformer to our current horror show is the presencing and noticing of beauty.

Not as a distraction but as a call to action- an action that changes darkness into light. There is a nurturing quality that beauty stimulates within us that we really need.

If you will just notice, even the tiniest glimmer of beauty’s presence you will add enormous power to the engine of change that wants to be present so that we don’t need to live in the stinky shadow of the ugly.

Noticing beauty in whatever form touches you kindles true transformative healing.

What we call beauty is the sacred getting our attention. The sacred is the presence of Life that goes beyond all the ordinariness of our minds and reminds us that if I allow it I can notice that I am swimming in beauty and have unreasonable joy even in the hardest of times.  Joy is the energy that shows up in our body when we let the sacred and beauty be present.

Where we have irritation present whether it is a sickness or emotional disturbance, if we let beauty in it helps us let go of old ideas, limiting beliefs and feel the majesty of what the life we are really is.

Beauty is the door opener- it allows life and love to prevail and paves the way for healing or the miraculous to show up.

It’s a form of obvious magic that surrounds us just waiting to be turned on by our acknowledgment of beauties call to be noticed, felt inhaled.

We have to be willing to notice.

When we awaken to the call of beauty we become
aware of new ways of being in the world.”
John O’Donohue

What Did I Just Say?

Do you ever hear yourself saying or thinking “hey wait a minute what did I just say?”

It’s easy to keep going and miss a critical moment of clarity that wants to come home inside you so your wisdom can grow. Next time you hear or feel yourself say something juicy, stop and review your immediate experience of whom you’re with and ask yourself what am I really understanding.

Just asking that question will radically change how you live yourself. Wondering like that is a curiosity activator that will grow your wisdom and give you the power to change the course of your life. After all, they are your bits of wisdom wanting you to notice.

Curiosity is our friend and teacher. It is the first step in receiving our own wisdom.
