Disassembling Fear

Disassembling Fear

Disassembling Fear

Have you noticed that there is a lot of fear in the air?

Yes, we all keep living our lives. We live the best lives we know how to live, creating goodness wherever we can and still… there is an atmosphere charged with fear that we live within.

Uncertainty has become something we all fear at times. Here are some things we’re learning from those we are working with.

There is a great intelligence inside the root of fear that we have confused with how we experience uncertainty.

It’s time for all of us to put into slow motion the pervasive sensation of fear, sometimes called anxiety, that can result in a depressed sense of vitality and possibility.

There are some straightforward tools we’d like to offer so you can reprogram what is fear to you.

Take a moment just now and ask yourself this question;

Am I under threat, am I safe where I am?

Don’t just think this question check out the environment by looking around, and feeling around yourself. Ask yourself, “Am I under threat?” after you have investigated your environment.

Hopefully there is no threat and you can begin to put into slow motion the free-wheeling sense of fear that you’ve been experiencing. **

Another question;

If your environment presents as safe, ask yourself whose fear might I be experiencing?

Because we are all interconnected, sometimes we can be feeling the physical sensation of fear that actually originates in another person or sometimes within a family.

At this time in the world it is very important that we learn this to distinguish between atmospheric fear versus real threat.

** If when you originally felt your environment there was something or someone to be afraid of, take the appropriate steps you need to relieve that fear-  change your location, ask for help, trust your instinct that say leave.

If you are genuinely afraid act, move, leave.

The root intelligence behind pure fear is one of the gifts of being a human that has helped the species we are survive. As the environmental threats lessened in the human condition, our imaginations began to connect to fantasy fears, that confused our mind’s ability to separate fact from fiction

 Ask yourself throughout the day:    Am I safe or am I experiencing fear?

F.E.A.R. = Fantasy, Expectations, Appearing, Real.

To reclaim your birthright of creativity, of natural healing and personal strength, it is important to disentangle yourself from fantasy fear. Then your natural talents can inform your mind and you can make decisions from a mindset fueled by your soul level wisdom.
