You’re narrating to yourself what you are reading.
You may have questions show up in your mind like “ what is this about?”
You’re looking at these words and your seeing them.
If you hadn’t learned how to see these words and understand them you could spend a lot of time looking with no understanding.
‘Seeing’ is something we take for granted that is actually a learned skill. Like any skill, how we see comes with practice.

We can receive a greater wholeness of life when we look with a different focus. When we let go of the weight of our habits. It’s like switching from a normal lens on a camera to a wide angle lens.
Why would you want to do this?
When we practice seeing differently, we enhance our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. We can let go of what doesn’t work, what drains our energy because we have changed literally how we look at things.
It’s tiring to keep bumping into the imagined borders of our lives when we know in our hearts there is so much more that calls to us and waits patiently for us to see, to feel and to know the lush and delicious vastness of life that abounds around us and in us.
Here are some simple steps to help you see more-
1. The first step to seeing freely is to recognize that we all have habits of seeing.
2. Next, ask yourself “how am I framing up what’s in front of me?” We are all conditioned to have a horizontal rectangle come around most of what we see. You can erase it simply be noticing that you are seeing through your trained framework.
3. And, get up and move. Change where you are seeing from.
When you see more, you live more. When you live more you can love more.
