There is a lot of yelling going on around us these days. It’s in the media, it’s on Facebook, and maybe it’s even in your family. Sometimes it’s hard to separate the clear sound of truth in the midst of all the yelling.
The first step in gaining clarity is to notice the truth and reality of all the people wanting your attention and wanting to control you.
Yes control you.
Separating from the demands of others restores sovereignty and your sacred self and can give you the clarity and understanding you need to chart your own course that is your hearts desire.
If you notice the demands on your attention, the yelling around you, you are on your way to re-empowering your truth meter.
You can cure feeling demanded on by putting things in slow motion. That way you can tell what’s right or wrong for you.
Remember- Awareness is curative.
We’d like to know… Who has been yelling for your attention? Who is trying to control you? A family member? A political party? How are you gaining clarity in the midst of this? Please let us know in the comments section below.

Hi Susan and David,
There are things I notice in myself that are opened and deepened by your reflections for the collective that I so do appreciate. Thank you, most sincerely.
My spouse has been away this past week and I decided to seclude myself in my house. There were times when he has been away, that I over scheduled myself, not allowing for the natural movement of my own spirit. I had kept up but also sped up the “ping-pong” like ricochet rabbit or pinball machine mind, only to stay in my head and not feel the moment of grief of missing my spouse. I espounded to allow grief, but up until now, seemed to have been adverse to it by having a noisy mind. I have had glimpses of this before but not so coherently.
Right now I am really enjoying my allowing of deepening, quieting, opening. I can clearly see where I had a certain daily pattern/rythm that I liked, but had not honored it FIRST! This has created a lot of noise in my mind and body and thus the ping pong effect. I actually enjoy my rythm and I know I can allow space for shifts in the river life flow with a quieter mind.
Tthank you again!
Love,
Mignon
